Users acknowledge that predictive modeling is inherently probabilistic. AnkaraDataPros shall not be held responsible for business decisions made solely on automated outputs without independent verification from the user's specific strategic context.
2. Proprietary Rights & IP
All custom algorithms, scripts, and model architectures developed by AnkaraDataPros—including those hosted on AnkaraDataPros.digital—remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to view results, but strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering or redistributing our underlying analytical frameworks.
3. Data Security & Sovereignty
We maintain rigorous standards for data ingestion. By providing data to our hub for modeling purposes, the user warrants that they have the legal right to process said data under local regulations, including KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law). AnkaraDataPros reserves the right to terminate access if a data breach originating from user-side credentials is detected.
